Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation time setting method for a heat pump type hot water storage device that can decrease electric power reception contract capacity and thereby lower electric charges of a consumer.SOLUTION: An operation time setting method for a heat pump type hot water storage device according to the present invention is configured: to predict a typical electric power consumption in every unit time of each apartment in a building; to predict a typical electric power consumption of a heat pump type hot water storage device in each apartment; to set a predetermined peak value based upon contract capacity of an electric power contract of the building; to calculate an electric power margin in every unit time obtained by subtracting a typical electric power consumption in every unit time of a load from the predetermined peak value; to set a plurality of time frames by dividing the region of the electric power margin by a time zone; to perform simulation calculation for allocating a typical electric power consumption of a heat pump type hot water storage device of each apartment to the plurality of time frames not to exceed the peak value; and to set an operation time calculated by the simulation calculation for the heat pump type hot water storage device of each apartment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】受電契約容量の低下、ひいては需要家の電気料金の削減を図ることが可能なヒートポンプ式貯湯装置の運転時間設定方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明にかかるヒートポンプ式貯湯装置の運転時間設定方法の構成は、建物内の各戸の負荷の典型的な単位時間ごとの消費電力を予測し、各戸のヒートポンプ式貯湯装置の典型的な消費電力量を予測し、建物の電力契約の契約容量に基づいて所定のピーク値を設定し、所定のピーク値から負荷の典型的な単位時間ごとの消費電力を減算した単位時間ごとの余裕電力を算出し、余裕電力の領域を時間帯で分割することにより複数の時間枠を設定し、ピーク値を超えないように各戸のヒートポンプ式貯湯装置の典型的な消費電力量を複数の時間枠に割り振りするシミュレーション計算を行い、シミュレーション計算によって算出された運転時間を各戸のヒートポンプ式貯湯装置に設定することを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
