Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomous monitoring system capable of measuring and monitoring a state of a power distribution system.SOLUTION: A monitoring system for autonomously monitoring the state of the power distribution system comprises: a first device 1 corresponding to a predetermined control device 7 which is installed in the power distribution system; a second device 2 for measuring the state of the power distribution system at an upstream side of the predetermined control device 7; and a third device for measuring the state of the power distribution system at a downstream side of the predetermined control device 7. The first device 1, the second device 2 and the third device 3 are connected in a two-way communicable manner by a first communication path CN1. The first device 1 collects a measurement result of the second device 2 and a measurement result of the third device 3 and monitors the power distribution system.
