Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article with an RFID that has an improved communication characteristic.SOLUTION: A columnar body 20 is formed by coating a metal body with an insulation film. A loop-shaped antenna conductor 12 is provided on the upper surface of the columnar body 20 via an insulation pedestal 18. The loop surface of the antenna conductor 12 is virtually parallel to the upper surface of the columnar body 20. Two terminal electrodes are provided on the lower surface of an RFIC element 14. The RFIC element 14 is mounted on the antenna conductor 12 so that the two terminal electrodes are connected with both corresponding ends 1201 and 1202 of the antenna conductor 12. One end 1601 of the connection conductor 16 is connected with a point in the vicinity of one end 1201 of the antenna conductor 12, and the other end 1602 of the connection conductor 16 is connected with the upper surface of the columnar body 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】通信特性を高めたRFID付き物品を提供する。【解決手段】柱状体20は、金属体を絶縁膜によって覆うことによって形成される。ループ状のアンテナ導体12は、絶縁性の台座18を介して柱状体20の上面に設けられる。アンテナ導体12のループ面は、柱状体20の上面とほぼ平行となる。RFIC素子14の下面には2つの端子電極が設けられる。RFIC素子14は、この2つの端子電極がアンテナ導体12の両端1201,1202にそれぞれ接続されるように、アンテナ導体12に実装される。接続導体16の一方端1601はアンテナ導体12の一方端1201の近傍に接続され、接続導体16の他方端1602は柱状体20の上面に接続される。【選択図】図2 |
