Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade drive device and shutter device as well as imaging device that can achieve highly accurate blade drive with bound operation reduced.SOLUTION: A blade drive device comprises: an opening formation member 1 that forms an opening part 1b; blades 2 and 3; and a power transmission member 6. The power transmission member 6 is held rotatably to the opening formation member 1, and in the opening formation member 1, an oscillated part 1g is provided that includes second slopes 1i and 1h with which a slide part provided in the power transmission member 6 and having a first slope 6b engages, and slidingly contacting with the first slope 6b accompanied by rotation of the power transmission member 6. In a process where the power transmission member 6 rotates, the first slope 6b and second slopes 1i and 1h are caused to be slidingly contacted with each other at timing of any of before the blade operation is halted by abutting of the blades 2 and 3 with respect to an abutting part provided in the opening formation member 1, or before an operation of the power transmission member 6 is halted by abutting of the blades 2 and 3 and an engagement part of the power transmission member 6 with respect to the abutting part provided in the opening formation member 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
