Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable replacement of an electronic component and a signal line without disassembling a frame in an apparatus which has a connection spot between the electronic component and the signal line inside the frame.SOLUTION: A connection spot between an electronic component 1 and a signal line 3-1 is inside a frame 2 being a member of a pipe structure. The signal line 3-1 is inserted to the frame 2 with a margin in a length, and the connection spot with the electronic component 1 is located outside the frame 2. There is provided a protection member 9 which protects the portion of the signal line by making a detour of the signal line 3-1. In such an electronic component replacement structure in a structure body, a connection terminal of the signal line 3-1 is fixed to the outside of the frame 2. When the detour of the signal line 3-1 is released, and the electronic component 1 is detached from the frame 2, the electronic component 1 can be moved by a margin in the length of the signal line 3-1, and a connection spot 3-2 can be positioned on the outside of the frame 2. Consequently, without disassembling the frame 2, the connection spot 3-2 can be directly accessed and the electronic component 1 can be replaced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】電子部品と信号線の接続箇所がフレームの内部にある装置において、フレームの解体などをせずに、電子部品及び信号線の交換ができるようにする。【解決手段】電子部品1と信号線3−1の接続箇所がパイプ構造の部材であるフレーム2の内部にある。フレーム2の内部に線長に余裕を持たせて信号線3−1を通し、電子部品1との接続箇所をフレーム2の外部とする。信号線3−1を迂回させて信号線の部分を保護する保護部材9を有する。このような構造体内の電子部品交換構造で、信号線3−1の接続端子をフレーム2の外部に固定する。信号線3−1の迂回を解き、電子部品1をフレーム2から取り外すと、信号線3−1の線長に余裕を持たせておいた分だけ電子部品1を移動させることができ、接続箇所3−2をフレーム2の外へ出すことができる。これによりフレーム2を解体することなく、接続箇所3−2へ直接にアクセスでき、電子部品1の交換を実施できる。【選択図】図3 |
