Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an air conditioner to appropriately perform transition operation when the same in a stopped state is put into a startup state or the same in a low-load state is put into a high-load state.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning control device 10 is a device to control performance of a control valve 33 controlling a flow rate of a heat medium M in an air conditioner 20 including a heat exchanger 21 which circulates the heat medium and exchanges heat between the same and air. The air-conditioning control device 10 comprises: a lapse time measuring section 11 which measures lapse time until the air conditioner 20 in a stopped state is put into a startup state or until the air conditioner 20 in a low-load state where the same is operated in a predetermined low load is put into a high-load state where the same is operated in a predetermined high load; and a control section 14 which controls performance of the control valve 33 in accordance with the measured lapse time to enable the air conditioner to perform transition operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 空調装置が停止状態から起動状態になるまで、又は低負荷状態から高負荷状態に遷移する際等の遷移運転を適切に行う。【解決手段】 空調制御装置10は、熱媒体Mを流通させると共に空気との間で熱交換する熱交換器21を含む空調装置20における当該熱媒体の流量を制御する制御弁33の動作を制御する装置である。空調制御装置10は、空調装置20が停止状態から起動状態となるまでの経過時間、又は空調装置20が予め設定された低負荷で動作する低負荷状態から予め設定された高負荷で動作する高負荷状態となるまでの経過時間を計測する経過時間計測部11と、計測された経過時間に応じて、遷移運転としての制御弁33の動作を制御する制御部14とを備える。【選択図】 図1
