Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a flame retardant fiber capable of reducing stain (spec stain) or tank stain (can body stain) to a fiber material and adding good flame retardancy and washing durability to the fiber material when heat treating the fiber material in a bath containing a flame retardant.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a flame retardant fiber including a process of heat treating a fiber material in a bath containing at least one kind of flame retardant (A) selected from a bromine-based flame retardant and a phosphorous-based flame retardant and a compound (B) which is a reaction product of acid anhydride and an organic compound having a hydroxyl group.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 本発明の課題は、難燃剤を含有する浴中で繊維材料を熱処理する際に、繊維材料への汚れ(スペック汚れ)や釜汚れ(缶体汚染)を低減でき、繊維材料に対して良好な難燃性及び洗濯耐久性を付与することのできる難燃性繊維の製造方法を提供することである。【解決手段】 本発明の難燃性繊維の製造方法は、臭素系難燃剤及びリン系難燃剤から選ばれる少なくとも1種の難燃剤(A)及び酸無水物と水酸基を有する有機化合物との反応物である化合物(B)を含有する浴中で、繊維材料を熱処理する工程を含むものである。【選択図】 なし
