Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CIP cleaning method capable of effectively removing organic stains and inorganic stains in a food and drink stuff factory even without performing an acid cleaning step, simultaneously performing sterilization and further efficiently performing the stain removal and sterilization at a low temperature in a short time.SOLUTION: Provided is a CIP cleaning method where, to a diluted cleaning liquid obtained by diluting a detergent composition for CIP containing alkali metal hydroxide and/or alkaline-earth metal hydroxide as an (A) component and methylglycine diacetate or its salt as a (B) component, and in which the mass ratio between the (A) component and the (B) component being (A)/(B)=0.16 to 190, an additive for CIP containing a chlorine based sterilization agent as a (C) component to prepare a CIP sterilization cleaning liquid having an effective chlorine amount of 0.005 to 0.2 mass% and containing the (B) component of 0.001 to 0.6 mass% and heated at 10 to 60°C, and the CIP cleaning and sterilization cleaning of a food and drink stuff production line are simultaneously performed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】酸洗浄工程を行わなくても飲食料品工場における有機物汚れや無機物汚れを効果的に除去できるとともに、同時に除菌もでき、しかも低温でも短時間で汚れ除去、除菌を効率よく行うことができるCIP洗浄方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のCIP洗浄方法は、(A)成分としてアルカリ金属水酸化物及び/又はアルカリ土類金属水酸化物、(B)成分としてメチルグリシン二酢酸又はその塩を含有し、(A)成分と(B)成分の質量比が、(A)/(B)=0.16〜190であるCIP用洗浄剤組成物を水で希釈した希釈洗浄液に対して、(C)成分として塩素系除菌剤を含有するCIP用添加剤を添加して調製した、有効塩素量0.005〜0.2質量%、(B)成分を0.001〜0.6質量%含有する10〜60℃のCIP除菌洗浄液により飲食料品製造ラインのCIP洗浄及び除菌洗浄を同時に行うことを特徴とする。【選択図】なし |
