Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to safely manufacture gas-dissolved water having a high solution temperature and a high dissolved gas concentration and supply the same to a service space.SOLUTION: A gas-dissolved water manufacturing method includes a gas dissolution process in which dissolved gas comprising gas which is not self-decomposed in water is dissolved in supply water, and a heating process in which obtained gas is so heated as to become a target value Tof a solution temperature. According to the method, based on a measurement value T of a solution temperature of gas-dissolved water after heating in the heating process, a gas dissolution amount in the gas dissolution process is controlled so that a dissolved gas concentration of said gas-dissolved water does not exceed a saturation solubility in the measurement value T.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
