Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization mist shower device capable of realizing the air sterilization in the large space of a food factory, an edible factory or the like by reducing the grain size of the modified water to be atomized.SOLUTION: Provided is a sterilization mist shower device containing: a water storage tank 110 of storing water; a plasma generator 120 of generating modified water by causing plasma discharge in water at the inside of the water storage tank; an air feed apparatus 130 of feeding pressurized air; and a mist nozzle 170 of mixing the modified water fed from the water storage tank and the pressurized air fed from the air feed apparatus to jet fine mists, in which the liquid pressure of the modified water fed to the mist nozzle and the air pressure of the pressurized air is made almost the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 噴霧される改質水の粒子径を小さくして、食品工場又は食物工場などの大空間における空気除菌を可能とする除菌ミストシャワー装置を提供する。【解決手段】 除菌ミストシャワー装置は、水を貯留する貯水槽１１０と、貯水槽内の水中でプラズマ放電を起こし、改質水を生成させるプラズマ発生装置１２０と、加圧空気を送風する送風装置１３０と、貯水槽から供給された改質水と送風装置から供給された加圧空気とを混合して微細ミストを噴出するミストノズル１７０とを備えた除菌ミストシャワー装置であって、ミストノズルに供給される改質水の液体圧と、加圧空気の空気圧とを略同一にする。【選択図】図１
