Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device, when being assembled in a housing body capable of storing any object, suppressing damage of a display and inhibiting deterioration in communication characteristics of an antenna.SOLUTION: An electronic device 1 includes a display 6 and a control board 7. The display 6 is visible from the outside of a body 105. The control board 7 includes: a control part 17; a storage part 11 connected to the control part 17; an UHF IC 15 connected to the control part 17; and an UHF antenna 16 connected to the UHF IC 15 and formed into a planar shape. The control part 17 transmits data at least as a part of a content displayed on the display 6, a content stored in the storage part 11, and a content stored in the UHF IC 15, from the UHF antenna 16.
