Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article with a wireless communication tag or a wireless communication tag that can improve a high-frequency transmission characteristic at low cost.SOLUTION: An RFIC package 12 contains therein an RFIC chip including two input/output terminals. One end of an excitation conductor 14 is connected to one input/output terminal of the RFIC chip. The electric length from the input/output terminal to the other end (open end) of the excitation conductor 14 is adjusted to 1/4λ. One end of a connection conductor 16 is connected with the other input/output terminal of the RFIC chip, and the other end of the connection conductor 16 is open-circuit. One end of a spindle constituting a high-pressure gas valve is connected to the open end of the connection conductor 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】低コストで高周波伝送特性を高めることができる、無線通信タグ付き物品または無線通信タグを提供する。【解決手段】RFICパッケージ12には、2つの入出力端子を有するRFICチップが内蔵される。励振導体14の一端は、RFICチップの一方の入出力端子に接続される。この入出力端子から励振導体14の他端(=開放端)までの電気長は、1/4λに調整される。接続用導体16の一端はRFICチップの他方の入出力端子に接続され、接続用導体16の他端は開放される。高圧ガスバルブを構成するスピンドルの一方端は、接続用導体16の開放端に接続される。【選択図】図1 |
