Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timing signal generation device, capable of narrowing the cause of a frequency abnormality to improve work efficiency of maintenance, repair, etc., and an electronic apparatus and a moving body having the timing signal generation device.SOLUTION: A timing signal generation device 1 includes: a GPS receiver 10 which outputs 1 PPS; an atomic oscillator 30 which outputs a clock signal to be synchronized with 1 PPS; a phase comparator 21 which compares the phases of 1 PPS and the clock signal; a frequency abnormal determination unit 27 which determines whether or not the frequency of the clock signal is abnormal, using the result of comparison of the phase comparator 21, to output frequency abnormality information which includes the determination result; a sensor unit 40 which detects environmental information influencing the result of comparison; and a determination unit 28 which determines the cause of the abnormality, using the frequency abnormality information and the environmental information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】周波数異常の原因を絞り、メンテナンスや修理等の作業効率を高めることができるタイミング信号生成装置を提供すること、また、かかるタイミング信号生成装置を備える電子機器および移動体を提供すること。【解決手段】タイミング信号生成装置1は、1PPSを出力するGPS受信機10と、1PPSに同期させるためのクロック信号を出力する原子発振器30と、1PPSとクロック信号との位相を比較する位相比較器21と、位相比較器21の比較結果を用いて、クロック信号の周波数が異常であるか否かを判断し、その判断結果を含む周波数異常情報を出力する周波数異常判断部27と、比較結果に影響を及ぼす環境情報を検出するセンサー部40と、周波数異常情報および環境情報を用いて、異常の原因を判定する判定部28と、を備える。【選択図】図1
