Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of short-circuit between electrodes due to ion migration.SOLUTION: A print-circuit board (30) according to an embodiment comprises an insulation substrate (37), and solderable first electrode (51) and second electrode (52) provided on one surface of the insulation substrate (37). A slit (61) penetrating the insulation substrate (37) is formed between the first electrode (51) and the second electrode (52), and a terminal of a sensor (35) can be mounted on the first electrode (51) and the second electrode (52) by soldering. The slit (61) penetrating the insulation substrate (37) effectively blocks progression of a metal ion. This makes it possible to prevent short-circuit due to ion migration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】イオンマイグレーションによる電極間の短絡の発生を防止する。【解決手段】本発明の実施形態に係るプリント基板(30)は、絶縁性基板(37)と、絶縁性基板(37)の一方の面に設けられた半田付け可能な第1電極(51)および第2電極(52)とを有する。第1電極(51)と第2電極(52)との間には絶縁性基板(37)を貫通するスリット(61)が形成されており、第1電極(51)および第2電極(52)には、センサ(35)の端子が半田付けによって実装できる。絶縁性基板(37)を貫通するスリット(61)により金属イオンの進行を効果的に阻止し、イオンマイグレーションによる短絡を防止することができる。【選択図】図4 |
