Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit for an electromagnetic operation mechanism capable of safely ending an electrode closing operation by stopping a cutoff operation of a protective switch element even in the case where an open-circuit failure occurs in a switch element of an electrode-closing-side overvoltage suppression circuit of a drive circuit that performs an opening/closing operation of power equipment.SOLUTION: The drive circuit for the electromagnetic operation mechanism comprises: a movable core 1; an electrode closing drive coil 2 for driving the movable core 1; an electrode closing capacitor 4 which supplies power to the electrode closing drive coil 2; an electrode closing drive switch element 5 that controls the supply of power to the electrode closing drive coil 2; a protective relay 7 that is provided between the electrode closing drive switch element 5 and the electrode closing drive coil 2; the electrode-closing-side over voltage suppression circuit which is connected in parallel with the electrode closing drive switch element 5 and in which an electrode-closing-side loop circuit switch element 6 is connected in series to an electrode-closing-side loop circuit 10; and an electrode-closing-side voltage detection circuit 13 that detects a voltage of the electrode-closing-side loop circuit switch element 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】電力機器を開閉動作させる駆動回路の閉極側過電圧抑制回路のスイッチ素子が開放故障している場合であっても、保護用スイッチ素子の遮断動作を停止させ、安全に閉極動作を終了させることができる電磁操作機構の駆動回路を提供することを目的としている。【解決手段】可動鉄心1と、可動鉄心1を駆動する閉極駆動用コイル2と、閉極駆動用コイル2に電力を供給する閉極用コンデンサ4と、閉極駆動用コイル2への電力の供給を制御する閉極駆動用スイッチ素子5と、閉極駆動用スイッチ素子5と閉極駆動用コイル2との間に設けられた保護用リレー7と、閉極駆動用スイッチ素子5と並列に接続されるとともに閉極側ループ回路10に閉極側ループ回路スイッチ素子6が直列接続された閉極側過電圧抑制回路と、閉極側ループ回路スイッチ素子6の電圧を検出する閉極側電圧検出回路13とで、構成されている。【選択図】図1 |
