Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond to a demand for prompt switching to a reserve system when a regular service system goes down and also reduce the occurrence of undesired alternate switching between two systems not just at the time of single-shot power outage but also at the time of power outage preceded by instantaneous power failure.SOLUTION: The operating power of circuits 52-54 stabilized by a stabilized power supply 55 equipped with a second rectification circuit DB2 separately from a first rectification circuit DB1 of a rectification unit 51, and the effect of instantaneous power failure is suppressed and power outage detection operation is stabilized on condition that operation is supported by only the electric power the outage of which is to be detected. A delay time by which the conveyance of a detection result upon power outage detection of a rectified voltage detection unit 52 is delayed by a charge of the charge/discharge circuit of a delay unit 53 is set to longer than the maximum value of the electrical continuity holding time of the semiconductor components of switching units (14, 17), and the discharge time of the charge/discharge circuit of the delay unit 53 upon detection of power restoration of the rectified voltage detection unit 52 is set to shorter than the response time of a detection result output unit 33 or a total of this and the response time of a switching control circuit (20), etc., whereby the effect of instantaneous power failure is eliminated and the occurrence of hunting is suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】常用系の停電時に素早く予備系へ切り替えるという要請に応えつつ単発停電時ばかりか瞬停先行停電時にも不所望な両系交互切替が発生し難いようにする。【解決手段】整流部51の第1整流回路DB1とは別の第2整流回路DB2を具備した安定化電源部55にて各回路52〜54の動作電力を安定させることで、停電検知対象の電力だけで動作するという条件下で、瞬停の影響を抑え、停電検知動作を安定させる。また、整流電圧検出部52の停電検知時の検知結果の伝達を遅延部53の充放電回路の充電によって遅らせる遅延時間を切替部(14,17) の半導体部品の導通保持時間の最大値より長く設定するとともに、整流電圧検出部52の復電検知時には遅延部53の充放電回路の放電時間を復電時の検知結果出力部33の応動時間またはそれと切替制御回路(20)等の応動時間との合計より短く設定することで、瞬停の影響を排して、ハンチング発現を抑える。【選択図】 図1 |
