Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic nanofiber that has an optical waveguide property and a piezoelectric property.SOLUTION: The plastic nanofiber is obtained by: preparing a mixed liquid in which a racemic polylactic acid is used as a mother material and is dissolved in a solution of N,N-dimethylformamide and chloroform, or PMMA is dissolved in N,N-dimethylformamide; and the mixed solution is made into a fibrous shape by the electro-spinning method. The racemic polylactic acid used is an amorphous poly-DL-lactic acid (PDLLA). In the electro-spinning method, the mixed solution is ejected from a high voltage applied needle into a gap between two separated collectors, to form a uniaxially oriented fibrous shape. The fiberized polylactic acid or PMMA has an optical waveguide property and a piezoelectric property.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 光導波性および圧電特性を有するプラスチックナノファイバを提供する。【解決手段】 ラセミ体ポリ乳酸を母材とし、これをN,N−ジメチルホルムアミドおよびクロロホルムの溶液中に溶解させ、またはPMMAをN,N−ジメチルホルムアミドに溶解させた混合液体を作製し、混合溶液をエレクトロスピニング法により繊維状としてなる。使用するラセミ体ポリ乳酸は、非晶性のポリ−DL−乳酸(PDLLA)である。エレクトロスピニング法は、離間した二つのコレクタの空隙に、高電圧を印加したニードルから前記混合溶液を射出することにより一軸配向の繊維状を形成する。繊維化されたポリ乳酸またはPMMAは光導波性および圧電特性を有する。【選択図】 図1 |
