Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gazette bag with a spout which has self-standing performance when a content is refilled in a container.SOLUTION: A gazette bag with a spout includes a front surface and rear surface portion of a shell part, a right side surface and left side surface portion of the shell part, and a spout. The front surface and rear surface portion of the shell part have a substantially hexagonal shape having an upper shoulder part and a lower shoulder part, the right side surface and left side surface portion of the shell part is folded inwards in a vertical direction of the gazette bag, and the right side surface and left side surface portion of the shell part is so overlapped between the front surface and rear surface portion of the shell part as to be coincident with each facing side of the front surface and rear surface portion of the shell part. The spout is located at an upper center of the front surface and rear surface portion of the shell part. A content is filled in the gazette bag, and when the gazette is set upwards or downwards, the upper shoulder part or the lower shoulder part is embedded in the gazette bag.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は内容物を容器に詰め替える際に自立性を有するスパウト付きガゼット袋を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明のスパウト付きガゼット袋は、胴体部表面及び裏面部、胴体部右側面及び左側面部及びスパウトを含む。前記胴体部表面及び裏面部は上肩部と下肩部を有する略六角形状を有し、胴体部右側及び左側面部はガゼット袋の上下方向で内側に折り込まれ、胴体部右側面及び左側面部は、胴体部表面及び裏面部間で、胴体部右側面及び左側面部が、前記胴体部表面部及び前記胴体部裏面部の相対する各辺と一致して重ねられており、前記スパウトは、前記胴体部表面及び裏面部の上部中央に配置される。本発明のガゼット袋は、内容物を充填し、上向き又は下向きにガゼット袋を立てた際に、上肩部又は下肩部がガゼット袋の内側に埋没する。【選択図】図１
