Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure of a motorcycle, which can inhibit bypassing of load transmission from a link mechanism and improve torsional rigidity of a vehicle body.SOLUTION: A lower frame 3 of a motorcycle is extended downward from the lower part of a head pipe 4, is then curvedly extended rearward and is connected to a lower cross member 8. The lower frame 3 has a pair of right and left lower frame pieces 12L, 12R at the rear part. Pull rods 46, which form a link mechanism LM of a rear suspension 25, are connected to the lower cross member 8. Swing arm brackets 6L, 6R and the lower frame pieces 12L, 12R are joined at first joining regions R1, respectively, and the swing arm brackets 6L, 6R and the cross member 8 are joined at second joining regions R2, respectively. The first joining region R1 and the second joining region R2 are connected to each other by a connection piece 69.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】リンク機構からの荷重伝達の迂回を抑えるとともに、車体のねじり剛性を向上させることができる自動二輪車のフレーム構造を提供する。【解決手段】自動二輪車のロワフレーム3は、ヘッドパイプ4の下部から下方に延びたのち、後方に湾曲して延びてロワクロス部材8に接続されている。ロワフレーム3は、後部に左右一対のロワフレーム片12L,12Rを有している。ロワクロス部材8に、リヤサスペンション25のリンク機構LMを構成するプルロッド46が連結されている。スイングアームブラケット6L,6Rとロワフレーム片12L,12Rとが第1接合領域R1でそれぞれ接合され、スイングアームブラケット6L,6Rとロワクロス部材8が、第2接合領域R2でそれぞれ接合されている。第1接合領域R1と第2接合領域R2とが連結片69により連結されている。【選択図】図6
