PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing an interior material for a vehicle, for preventing such a phenomenon that a sealing part of a skin layer and a foamed layer of an interior material such as a crash pad peels from a base material due to a decreased adhesive force.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor for detecting the foaming pressure of a foam material is attached to a base material constituting a crash pad; a tube capable of controlling an expanding pressure is disposed at a marginal surface of a skin layer; and then the expanding pressure of the tube, which presses the skin layer to the surface of the base material, is controlled to a degree to prevent leakage of the foam material relative to the foaming pressure of the foam material during foaming. Thereby, not only the foam material is prevented from leaking but peeling of the skin layer and the foamed layer is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】クラッシュパッドのような内装材のスキン層及び発泡層のシーリング部分が接着力弱化によって基材から剥離される現象を防止するようにした車両用内装材製造装置及び方法を提供する。【解決手段】クラッシュパッドを構成する基材に発泡材の発泡圧力を検出する圧力センサーを装着し、スキン層の周縁側表面には膨脹圧力制御可能なチューブを配置した後、発泡材の発泡時の発泡圧力に対して、スキン層を基材表面に加圧するチューブの膨脹圧力を発泡材の漏洩防止可能な程度に調節することで、発泡材の漏洩防止はもちろんのこと、スキン層及び発泡層の剥離現象を防止するようにする。【選択図】図４
