Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preform member adhesion method capable of preventing occurrence of a non-impregnated part of a resin due to entry of an adhesive agent to a preform member of a molded product, due to heating before or during resin impregnation, by a RTM method, for securing intensity of the molded product.SOLUTION: A preform member adhesion method for adhering a preform member 1 and other member (preform member or cured member 2) with an adhesive agent 3, in a RTM method. Data of a range of curing progress degree in which the adhesive agent 3 infiltrates the preform member 1 and data of a range of curing progress degree in which adhesion intensity of the adhesive agent 3 is reduced, are determined in advance, based on the data, the adhesive agent 3 is subjected to heating processing before the preform member 1 contacts the adhesive agent 3, for adjusting the curing progress degree.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】RTM工法による樹脂含浸前又は樹脂含浸中の加熱によって、被成形物のプリフォーム部材に接着剤が浸入することによる、樹脂の未含浸部分の発生を防ぐことで、被成形物の強度を確保することができる、プリフォーム部材接着方法を提供する。【解決手段】RTM工法において、接着剤3によってプリフォーム部材1と他の部材(プリフォーム部材又は硬化済み部材2)とを接着する、プリフォーム部材接着方法であって、予め、接着剤3がプリフォーム部材1内部に浸入する硬化進捗度の範囲のデータ、及び接着剤3の接着強度低下を招く硬化進捗度の範囲のデータを求めておき、これらのデータを基に、プリフォーム部材1が接着剤3と接触する前に、接着剤3に対して加熱処理を行い、硬化進捗度を調整する。【選択図】図1
