Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for an electroerosion machining system.SOLUTION: An electroerosion machining system 10 for trepanning and drilling operations includes an electrode assembly 24 configured to machine a desired configuration in a workpiece 12, a power supply 20 configured to energize the electrode assembly and the workpiece to opposite electrical polarities, an electrolyte supply 22 configured to pass an electrolyte between the electrode assembly and the workpiece, a working apparatus 14 configured to move the electrode assembly relative to the workpiece, and a control system 18 to control the power supply and the working apparatus.
