Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide device capable of making a light-dark difference and hue inconspicuous generating in a region closer to an incident surface out of an emission surface.SOLUTION: A light guide device 2 includes: a light guide plate 30 including an emission surface 31, a rear surface 32 opposing to the emission surface 31, an incident surface 33 comprising one part of a side surface between the emission surface 31 and the rear surface 32, and an opposite surface 34 comprising one part of the side surface and opposing to one incident surface 33 along a first direction d1; and a reflection layer 28 arranged opposing to the rear surface 32 of the light guide plate 30. The rear surface 32 of the light guide plate 30 includes: a reflection region 32a including a plurality of inclined surfaces 37 arrayed in the first direction d1; and a light transmission region 32b provided in a position closer to the incident surface 33 than the reflection region 32a.
