Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque converter including a damper mechanism which exerts attenuation performance in a wide frequency band without increasing the size of a device.SOLUTION: A torque converter 10 includes: a pump impeller 11; a turbine impeller 12; a lock-up clutch 20; and an output member 30 connected to an output shaft. It also includes: a plurality of primary springs 28 attached to the lock-up clutch 20; a plurality of secondary springs 38 attached to the output member 30; and an intermediate member 40 for holding the output member 30 and disposed between the primary springs 28 and the secondary springs 38 connected in series. At the intermediate member 40, a first dynamic vibration absorber 50 including a first mass body 51 and a first damper member 58 and a second dynamic vibration absorber 60 including a second mass body 61 and a second damper member 68 are attached.
