PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet having a short curing time from application to processing such as cutting and having excellent processability, and an optical film with an adhesive and an optical laminate using the above adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet is obtained by forming a sheet of an adhesive composition which comprises: an acrylic resin (A) containing a (meth)acrylate (A-1) represented by formula (I) by 62 to 99.9 wt.% and a (meth)acrylic monomer (A-2) having a hydroxyl group by 0.1 to 8 wt.%; a crosslinking agent (B); and a carboxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate monomer (C) represented by formula (II).
