PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carvedilol-containing tablet which inhibits both production of an analogue and production of formyl body which are derived from lactose.SOLUTION: In one embodiment of the present invention, a carvedilol-containing tablet characterized by containing carvedilol and D-mannitol is provided. According to the present invention, a carvedilol-containing tablet which inhibits both the production of an analogous substance derived from lactose and the production of a formyl compound is provided. According to the present invention, a method for producing carvedilol-containing tablets in which production of analogous of carvedilol is suppressed is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】乳糖由来の類縁物質の生成及びホルミル体の生成を、ともに抑制するカルベジロール含有錠剤を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態において、カルベジロールと、Ｄ−マンニトールと、を含むことを特徴とする、カルベジロール含有錠剤が提供される。本発明によると、乳糖由来の類縁物質の生成及びホルミル体の生成をともに抑制するカルベジロール含有錠剤が提供される。また、本発明によると、カルベジロールの類縁物質の生成が抑制されたカルベジロール含有錠剤の製造方法が提供される。【選択図】なし
