PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo handling vehicle that is enhanced in safety by inhibiting a flange part from coming off vigorously.SOLUTION: The cargo handling vehicle comprises a guide roller 2 which is arranged at a rear end part of a chassis in order to guide a container, when unloading the container from the chassis onto the ground or when loading the container from the ground into the chassis, using a cargo handling arm. The guide roller 2 comprises: a roller main body part 35 that is mounted to be freely rotatable around a shaft core in a vehicle width direction; an annular flange part 36 which is arranged at an outer end in the vehicle width direction of the roller main body 35 and protrudes in a radial direction more than the roller main body part; and a mounting member 37 for mounting detachably the flange part 36 on the roller main body part 35, which further comprises an inhibiting member 40 that is positioned outside in the vehicle width direction of the flange part 36 and inhibits movement of the flange part 36 toward outside in the vehicle width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 【課題】鍔部が勢いよく外れてしまうことを阻止することによって安全性の高い荷役車両を提供する。【解決手段】荷役アームによってコンテナを車台から地上へ降ろす又は地上から車台へ積み込む際にコンテナを案内すべく車台の後端部に配置される案内ローラ２を備え、案内ローラ２は、車幅方向の軸心回りに回転自在に取り付けられるローラ本体部３５と、ローラ本体部３５の車幅方向外側端に配置されローラ本体部よりも径外方向に突出する環状の鍔部３６と、ローラ本体部３５に鍔部３６を着脱自在に取り付けるための取付部材３７とを備え、鍔部３６の車幅方向外側に位置して鍔部３６の車幅方向外側への移動を阻止する阻止部材４０を備えている。【選択図】図１２
