Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a hollow fiber membrane module where the increase of a cutting load at a potting portion caused by the increase of resin hardness accompanying the hardening of a potting material is relaxed and the hollow fiber membrane module without peeling leakage is produced by using a method easily obtaining an opening end surface.SOLUTION: A production method of a hollow fiber membrane module which includes steps (a)-(c) and where an electromagnetic wave is a microwave is provided (where, (a) is a potting step fixing the gathered end parts of hollow fiber membranes using a thermosetting resin; (b) is a heat treatment step heating the hollow fiber membrane module obtained in the step (a) with the electromagnetic wave; and (c) is a cutting step cutting the hollow fiber membrane module obtained in the step (b)).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 ポッティング材の硬化に伴う樹脂硬度上昇によるポッティング部切断負荷増大を緩和し容易に開口端面を得る方法を用いて剥離リークのない中空糸膜モジュールを製造することを目的とする。【解決手段】 下記工程(a)〜(c)を含む中空糸膜モジュールの製造方法、下記電磁波がマイクロ波である中空糸膜モジュールの製造方法。(a)熱硬化性樹脂を用いて中空糸膜の端部を集束固定する、ポッティング工程(b)前記工程(a)で得られた中空糸膜モジュールを電磁波で加熱する、熱処理工程(c)前記工程(c)で得られた中空糸膜モジュールを切断する、切断工程【選択図】 なし
