Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a micro light-emitting diode.SOLUTION: A micro light-emitting diode comprises: a first type semiconductor layer; a second type semiconductor layer connected to the first type semiconductor layer; a first current control layer connected to the first type semiconductor layer and having at least one opening; a first electrode electrically connected to the first type semiconductor layer through the opening; and a second electrode electrically connected to the second type semiconductor layer. At least one of the first and second electrodes has a translucent part, and a vertical projection in at least one of the first and second electrodes of the first current control layer overlaps to the translucent part. The translucent part is transparent or semi-transparent. Since the micro light-emitting diode having the current control layer and to which the opening is formed has a small light-emitting region, a light-emitting area of the micro light-emitting diode can be consecutively reduced and a size of the micro light-emitting diode can be maintained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】マイクロ発光ダイオードを開示する。【解決手段】第1型半導体層と、第1型半導体層に接続される第2型半導体層と、第1型半導体層に接続され、少なくとも1つの開口を有する第1の電流制御層と、開口を介して第1型半導体層に電気的に結合される第1の電極と、第2型半導体層に電気的に接続される第2の電極と、を含み、第1の電極と第2の電極との少なくとも一方は、透光部を有し、且つ第1の電流制御層の第1の電極と第2の電極との少なくとも一方での垂直投影は、透光部と重なり、透光部は、透明又は半透明であるマイクロ発光ダイオード。電流制御層を有し且つ開口が形成されるマイクロ発光ダイオードは、小さい発光領域を有することができるため、引き続けてマイクロ発光ダイオードの発光面積を小さくすると共に、マイクロ発光ダイオードのサイズを維持することができる。【選択図】図1 |
