Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large-capacity power storage device which is suitable for large-scale storage of electric power, originating from recyclable energy, and which is compact and reduced in pump power consumption.SOLUTION: A power storage device of the present invention comprises a negative electrode electrolyte-storing part, a positive electrode electrolyte-storing part, a partition wall, a negative electrode and a positive electrode. The negative electrode electrolyte-storing part contains a negative electrode electrolyte including a zinc compound which is a negative electrode active material. The positive electrode electrolyte-storing part contains a positive electrode electrolyte including an iodine or bromine compound which is a positive electrode active material.
