PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a flexible board from falling off by properly securing a bonding force between the flexible board and a supporting member around second connecting parts.SOLUTION: An illuminating device comprises: a light emitting element; cables; a flexible board that comprises a first connecting part to which the light emitting element is connected, and second connecting parts to which the cables are connected, in which through holes are arranged around the second connecting parts, and that electrically connects the light emitting element and the cables; a supporting part that supports the flexible board; a bonding sheet that is arranged between the flexible board and the supporting part, and that bonds the flexible board and the supporting part; solder materials that join the cables and the second connecting parts; and bonds that are arranged in the through holes, and that bond the flexible board and the supporting part or the bonding sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】第２の接続部の周囲においてフレキシブル基板と支持部材との接着力を適正に確保することでフレキシブル基板の剥離を防ぐ。【解決手段】発光素子と、ケーブルと、発光素子が接続される第１の接続部及びケーブルが接続される第２の接続部を有し、第２の接続部の周囲に貫通穴が配置され、発光素子とケーブルを電気的に接続するフレキシブル基板と、フレキシブル基板を支持する支持部材と、フレキシブル基板と支持部材との間に配置され、フレキシブル基板と支持部材とを接着する接着シートと、ケーブルと第２の接続部とを接合するはんだ材と、貫通穴内に設けられ、フレキシブル基板と、支持部材または接着シートとを固定する接着剤と、を備える。【選択図】図２
