Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize physical distribution loads on the basis of the accuracy of demand forecasts.SOLUTION: The above objective is achieved by making a computer execute the processes of: acquiring a commodity demand forecast and forecast probability indicating the accuracy of the demand forecast; limiting the delivery date and delivery destination of a commodity on the basis of the demand forecast; performing delivery distribution for selectively assigning one of a plurality of temporally and hierarchically arranged warehouses as a delivery destination on the basis of the accuracy of the demand forecast, with the range of deliverable days selectively designated; finding a combination in which a difference between the maximum and the minimum of a total delivery load on each day within a prescribed period that is obtained by the delivery distribution is small; and producing temporal order placement slip data indicating a temporary order placement of a commodity to a delivery destination on the basis of a combination in which the difference is small.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 本発明の課題は、需要予測の精度に基づいて、物流量を平準化することを目的とする。【解決手段】 上記課題は、商品の需要予測および、該需要予測の精度を示す予測確率を取得し、前記需要予測に基づいて、前記商品の配送日および配送先を制限し、前記該需要予測の精度に基づいて、配送可能日の範囲を選択的に指定した時間的、及び、階層的に配置された複数の倉庫の1つを選択的に配送先とする配送分散処理を行い、前記配送分散処理により求めた、所定期間内の各日の総配送量のうちの最大量と最小量との差分が小さくなる組み合せを求め、前記差分が小さい組み合わせに基づいて、配送先への該商品の仮発注を示す仮発注伝票データを作成する処理をコンピュータに実行させることにより達成される。【選択図】 図1 |
