Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder internal pressure sensor capable of suppressing a sensor element from being broken even if abnormal combustion occurs.SOLUTION: A cylinder internal pressure sensor 1 has a housing 2, a diaphragm 10, a force transmission member composed of a rod 9 and a glass block 8, and a sensor element 7. The cylinder internal pressure sensor 1 transmits cylinder internal pressure acting on the diaphragm 10 to the sensor element 7 through the force transmission member, and also detects the cylinder internal pressure on the basis of a resistance value of the sensor element 7. The diaphragm 10 of the cylinder internal sensor 1 has a cylinder part 11 and a bottom part 12, which is fixed to the housing 2 apart from one end of the housing 2. Then the bottom part 12 has a center part 14, an opposite part 15, a connection part 16 provided between the opposite part 15 and center part 14 and connecting both together, and a curved part 17 provided between the opposite part 15 and cylinder part 11 and connecting both together, the connection part 16 having a larger spring constant than the curved part 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】異常燃焼が生じた場合であってもセンサ素子の破損を抑制できる筒内圧センサを提供する。【解決手段】筒内圧センサ1は、ハウジング2と、ダイヤフラム10と、ロッド9及びガラスブロック8からなる力伝達部材と、センサ素子7とを有している。この筒内圧センサ1は、ダイヤフラム10に作用した筒内圧を力伝達部材を介してセンサ素子7に伝えるとともに、センサ素子7の抵抗値に基づいて筒内圧を検出する。この筒内圧センサ1のダイヤフラム10は、有底筒状をなし、筒部11と、底部12とを有し、底部12がハウジング2の一端から離間した状態で同ハウジング2に固定されている。そして、底部12は、中心部14と、対向部15と、対向部15と中心部14との間に設けられて両者を接続する接続部16と、対向部15と筒部11との間に設けられて両者を接続する湾曲部17と、を有し、接続部16のばね定数は湾曲部17のばね定数よりも大きい。【選択図】図1 |
