Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for a supercharging system of a combustion engine that is manufactured cost-efficiently and permanently functions in an operation state not requiring maintenance.SOLUTION: An apparatus comprises a housing in which a secondary line 6 of an additional compressor is in communication at an inlet 54 with an inside of an air line of a combustion engine, and comprises a locking device 8 in the housing for closing the air line upstream of the inlet 54. The locking device 8 is arranged pivotably about a geometric axis of rotation 14, and comprises at least one spring arranged in the housing. The spring operates the locking device 8 in the closing direction.
