Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rust removal-rust preventive agent, e.g., requiring no impregnation treatment of immersing the object to be treated into a solution and suitable of being applied to a rust removal-rust preventive to a large treatment object such as the existing structure such as an iron bridge.SOLUTION: Provided is a rust removal-rust preventive agent made of: film formation components; and a rust removal-rust addition agent. In this rust removal-rust preventive agent, by being applied to the surface of a treatment object, a film body derived from the film formation components is formed on the surface of the treatment object, and further, in a state where the rust removal-rust preventive agent is held at the inside of the film body, a rust removal-rust preventive action derived from the rust removal-rust preventive agent is exhibited to the treatment object. Then, by peeling the film body derived from the film formation components is peeled from the surface of the treatment object prior to coating treatment, while retaining rust generated in the surface of the treatment object at the inside of the film body, the rust can be separated from the treatment object.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】処理対象物を溶液に漬ける含浸処理等は不要であり、鉄橋等の既設構造物といったような大型の処理対象物に対する除錆防錆処理に適用されて好適な除錆防錆剤を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る除錆防錆剤は、成膜成分と除錆防錆添加剤とからなる。この除錆防錆剤は、処理対象物の表面に塗布されることで、成膜成分由来の膜体が処理対象物の表面に形成されるとともに、該膜体内に除錆防錆添加剤が保持された状態で処理対象物に対して除錆防錆添加剤に由来する除錆防錆作用が発揮される。そして、塗装処理に先立って成膜成分由来の膜体を処理対象物の表面から引き剥がすことで、処理対象物の表面に発生した錆を膜体内に保持したまま、該錆を処理対象物から分離することができるようになっていることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし |
