Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe which can be applied regardless of a kind of a content fluid, and which can preferably control an amount of suction or pouring.SOLUTION: A syringe 10 comprises: a siphon 12 whose one end opening serves as a suction pouring hole 14; and an operation part 16 disposed on the other end of the siphon 12. The siphon 12 is made of glass, and the operation part 16 comprises a compression mechanism 26 comprising an elastic piston 18 and a push button 22. The elastic piston 18 comprises: a cylindrical body part for covering an outer periphery of the other end of the siphon 12; and a cushioning part which is integrated to the tip end of the body part, and has an upper diameter extension part and a lower diameter extension part which are formed and separated in an axial direction. The push button 22 comprises: a pressing part disposed so as to close the opening of the other end of the siphon; and a cylindrical part which is integrated to an outer edge of the pressing part, and the button is energized to a direction of the pressing part.
