Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structure in high structural strength, an expansion position holding mechanism which suppresses the change of an expansion position of an armrest even when a backrest angle of a seatback is changed.SOLUTION: An expansion position holding mechanism 10 which suppresses angel change of the expansion position of an armrest 5 to a floor F even when a backrest angle of a seatback 2 is changed includes: a link member 11 connected in a state so as to swing and rotate around a rotation axis 11A onto the floor F; and a pin 12 provided in a position shifted from a support shaft 5A of the armrest 5 and inserted into a long hole 11B formed in the link member 11. The pin 12 is brought into contact with an end part 11B1 of a long hole 11B by the expansion of the armrest 5 so as to regulate the expansion position of the armrest 5, and even when the seatback 2 is backward inclined, the link member 11 is pressed by the pin 12 and rotated in a form of separating the end part 11B1 of the long hole 11B from the pin 12, with this, the position of the armrest 5 can be corrected in the expansion direction to become close to an expansion angle before backward inclining.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】シートバックの背凭れ角度が変えられてもアームレストの展開位置の変化を抑える展開位置保持機構を、構造強度の高い構成とすること。【解決手段】アームレスト5の展開位置をシートバック2の背凭れ角度が変えられてもフロアFに対する角度変化を抑える展開位置保持機構10は、フロアF上に対して回転軸11Aのまわりに揺動回転できる状態に連結されたリンク部材11と、アームレスト5の支軸5Aからずれた位置に設けられてリンク部材11に形成された長孔11B内に差し込まれたピン12とを有する。アームレスト5の展開によりピン12が長孔11Bの端部11B1と当接することでアームレスト5の展開位置が規制され、シートバック2が後傾してもリンク部材11がピン12に押されて長孔11Bの端部11B1をピン12から引き離す形に回転することでアームレスト5が展開方向に位置補正可能となって後傾前の展開角度に近づけられる。【選択図】図2 |
