Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method enabling a thin-walled polyester bottle having excellent heat resistance to be efficiently molded irrespective of a capacity of the bottle by a two-stage blow molding method.SOLUTION: A production method for a heat resistant polyester bottle is provided that is comprised of: a primary blow molding step of stretch blow molding a preform composed of an ethylene terephthalate-based polyester resin with a primary blow metallic mold; a heat shrinkage step of heating and shrinking a primary bottle obtained in the primary blow molding step; and a secondary blow molding step of stretch blow molding a secondary bottle obtained in the heat shrinkage step with a secondary blow metallic mold. In the production method, in the primary blow metallic mold in the primary blow molding step, a temperature in a portion corresponding to a heal portion of the bottom portion of the primary bottle is lower than a temperature in a portion corresponding to a body portion of the primary bottle and is adjusted to the range of 15-100°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ボトルの容量にかかわらず、優れた耐熱性を有する薄肉化ポリエステルボトルを効率よく成形可能な二段ブロー成形法による製造方法を提供することである。【解決手段】エチレンテレフタレート系ポリエステル樹脂から成るプリフォームを一次ブロー金型で延伸ブロー成形する一次ブロー成形工程、該一次ブロー成形工程で得られた一次ボトルを加熱収縮させる加熱収縮工程、該加熱収縮工程で得られた二次ボトルを二次ブロー金型で延伸ブロー成形する二次延ロー成形工程、から成る耐熱性ポリエステルボトルの製造方法において、前記一次ブロー成形工程における一次ブロー金型が、一次ボトルの底部のヒール部に対応する部分の温度が、一次ボトルの胴部に対応する部分の温度よりも低く、且つ、15〜100℃の範囲に調節されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図2 |
