PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter device including a housing provided with a notch part to allow an edge part of cutters to be contacted from the outside and for cutting a sheet having paste on its back surface.SOLUTION: A cutter device comprises: a fixed blade with an edge; a movable blade with an edge; a moving mechanism which moves the movable blade to a cutting position of a medium provided with a paste face on a back surface toward the fixed blade, through cooperation of the fixed blade and the movable blade; a housing which houses the fixed blade, the movable blade, and the moving mechanism; a sheet inlet which is formed in the housing and allows the medium to enter; and a notch part which is formed within the housing so as to be adjacent to the sheet inlet and to be contactable with the edge of the fixed blade or the edge of the movable blade when the movable blade is at any position other than the cutting position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】カッターの刃先部分に対し外部より接触可能な切欠き部を設けた筐体を有する、裏面に糊が付いた用紙を切断するカッター装置を提供する。【解決手段】刃先を有した固定刃と、刃先を有した可動刃と、固定刃と可動刃の協働により、裏面に糊面が設けられた媒体の切断位置に、固定刃に向けて可動刃を移動させる移動機構と、固定刃と可動刃と前記移動機構を収納する筐体と、この筐体に設けられた媒体が進入する用紙進入口と、用紙進入口に隣接し、切断位置以外の可動刃の位置において固定刃の刃先もしくは可動刃の刃先のいずれかに接触可能に筐体に形成された切欠部とをカッター装置に備えたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図８
