PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flare shaping jig which shortens a time required for a flare shaping operation into a second unit and, moreover, can perform the flare shaping operation with a high precision even for an operator having a low level of skill, and to provide a flare shaping method using the flare shaping jig.SOLUTION: A flare shaping jig 100 includes: a hollow conical member 109 having a flare surface shaping part 115 which is fixed to another end of a cylindrical member 107, brings a flare surface 103 into contact therewith, stops insertion of an inner conductor 105 on a specified position, and shapes the flare surface 103 when the inner conductor 105 is inserted to a first insertion hole 106 via a second insertion hole 114; and a conical surface-like member 110 having a flare end shaping part 119 which is fixed to the other end of the cylindrical member 107, at the same time, is arranged concentrically to the hollow conical member 109, and shapes a flare end 104 when the inner conductor 105 is inserted to the first insertion hole 106 via the second insertion hole 114.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】フレア整形作業に掛かる時間を秒単位に短縮し、しかも、熟練度が低い作業者であっても高い精度でフレア整形作業を実施することが可能なフレア整形治具及びこれを使用するフレア整形方法を提供する。【解決手段】筒状部材１０７の他端に固定され、内部導体１０５が第二挿通孔１１４を介して第一挿通孔１０６に挿通される際にフレア面１０３を当接させて内部導体１０５の挿通を規定位置で停止させると共にフレア面１０３の形状を整えるフレア面整形部１１５を有する中空円錐状部材１０９と、筒状部材１０７の他端に固定されると共に中空円錐状部材１０９に対して同心的に配置され、内部導体１０５が第二挿通孔１１４を介して第一挿通孔１０６に挿通される際にフレア端１０４の形状を整えるフレア端整形部１１９を有する円錐面状部材１１０と、を備えるフレア整形治具１００である。【選択図】図１
