Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice powder manufacturing apparatus more compact than a conventional powder manufacturing apparatus and equal to a conventional pulverizer in pulverization ability.SOLUTION: A rice powder manufacturing apparatus comprises a cylindrical housing having a peak/valley surface on the inner surface and a plurality of rotors fixed on a rotary shaft in the housing, where the rotor is radially provided with a plurality of upright blades, the housing top with a fan, the housing bottom with an air introduction port, and the housing top with an exhaust port, so that a raw material cast from the air introduction port is guided into the housing by swirl air streams the fan raises. The raw material introduced to the housing repeatedly goes through introduction into a space between the rotor and a rotor above the same through a gap between the outer peripheral surface of the rotor and a plurality of crests, collection in the outer periphery direction by being given centrifugal force with the blades, and introduction into the top space through a gap between the outer peripheral surface of the rotor and the crests of the housing inner face, and finally pulverized grains are discharged from the exhaust port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の米粉製造装置よりもコンパクトであって且つ粉砕能力が従来の粉砕装置と同等である米粉製造装置を提供すること。【解決手段】内面に山谷面を備える円筒状の筐体と、筐体内の回転軸に固定された複数枚のローターとを備え、ローターには複数枚のブレードが放射状に立設され、筐体上部にファンが、筐体下部に空気導入口が、筐体上部には排出口が設けられ、空気導入口から投入された原料はファンが起こす旋回空気流によって筐体内に導かれる。筐体内に導かれた原料は、ローターの外周面と複数の山との間の間隙より前記ローターと、その上部のローターとの間の空間に導入され、ブレードによって遠心力が付与されて外周方向に集められローターの外周面と筐体の内面の山との間の間隙より上部空間に導かれることを繰り返し、最終的に排出口より粉砕処理された粒体が排出されることを特徴とする米粉製造装置とする。【選択図】図1 |
