Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen water production device for producing hydrogen water while making water from the air as long as feeding of electricity, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a hydrogen water production device, comprising: a dew condensation apparatus where moisture in the air is condensed to generate dew condensation water; a filter unit where impurities are removed from dew condensation water so as to make refined water; a water regulation apparatus where the refined water is added with mineral so as to make regulated water; an electrolytic tank where the electrolysis of refined water is performed while storing mineral-containing refined water, and generated hydrogen is dissolved in the regulated water to generate hydrogen water; a drink water server where the produced hydrogen water is fed from the electrolytic tank as drinking water; and a control part where a dc power source is connected, and the feed of electric power is controlled.
