PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress displacement of a patient's head from a headrest when a back surface part is reclined in a dental chair regardless of the patient's body shape.SOLUTION: A sheet member 30 having a backrest part 20 and a seating part 12 can be attached to a dental chair 2 in which an inclination angle of the backrest part 20 with respect to the seating part 12 can be adjusted, and includes: a back surface sheet 32 attached to the backrest part 20 of the dental chair 2 against which a patient leans; and a rolled seat part 31 projecting from the back surface sheet 32 on which the patient sits.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】患者の体型によらず、歯科用チェアにおいて背面部を倒した場合にヘッドレストから患者の頭部がずれることを抑制する。【解決手段】シート部材３０は、背もたれ部２０と着座部１２とを有し着座部１２に対する背もたれ部２０の傾斜角度を調整可能な歯科用チェア２に取り付け可能なシート部材３０であって、歯科用チェア２の背もたれ部２０に取り付けられ、患者が寄りかかる背面シート３２と、背面シート３２から突出し、患者が座るロール状座部３１とを有する。【選択図】図７
