Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film magnet having a large maximum energy by suppressing decrease of coercive force, while having a large magnetization.SOLUTION: A thin film magnet is constituted of a first layer composed of Fe or an alloy of Fe and Co, a second layer composed of FeZ, and a third layer containing rear earth, formed on a substrate. Here, the Z in the second layer is Mo or Ta, the element ratio is 0.05<x<0.95, and the second layer is located between the first layer and third layer. The thin film magnet includes one or more first layer, one or more second layer and one or more third layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】大きな磁化を持ちつつ、保磁力の低下を抑制することで大きな最大エネルギー積を有する薄膜磁石を提供する。
