Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical connector capable of suppressing increase in coupling loss while reducing reflection return light.SOLUTION: An optical connector 1A comprises a first optical system 10A which receives beams L1-L3 having mutually parallel optical axes emitted from a plurality of cores of a multi-core fiber 30 and emits the beams L1-L3 such that the optical axes are inclined to each other, and a second optical system 20A which receives the beams L1-L3 emitted from the first optical system 10A and emits the beams L1-L3 such that the optical axes are parallel to each other toward a plurality of cores of a plurality of single core fibers 40. The optical axes of the beams L1-L3 emitted from the second optical system 20A are inclined to a face vertical to an axial line A1. The second optical system 20A concentrates the beams L1-L3 at positions different from each other in a Z direction which is a drawing direction of the axial line A1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】反射戻り光を低減しつつ、結合損失の増大を抑制することが可能な光コネクタを提供する。【解決手段】光コネクタ1Aは、マルチコアファイバ30の複数のコアからそれぞれ出射される、互いに平行な光軸を有するビームL1〜L3を受け、光軸が互いに傾斜するようにビームL1〜L3を出射する第1光学系10Aと、第1光学系10Aから出射されたビームL1〜L3を受け、複数のシングルコアファイバ40の複数のコアに向けて、光軸が互いに平行となるようにビームL1〜L3を出射する第2光学系20Aとを備える。第2光学系20Aから出射されたビームL1〜L3の光軸は、軸線A1に垂直な面に対して傾斜している。第2光学系20Aは、ビームL1〜L3を、軸線A1の延伸方向であるZ方向において互いに異なる位置にそれぞれ集光する。【選択図】図1
