Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device and a manufacturing method of the air conditioning device capable of suppressing manufacturing costs and improving mounting workability even when a plurality of connection members exist.SOLUTION: An air conditioning device 1 includes a refrigerant circuit 2 configured by connecting a compressor 3, a first heat exchanger 4, an expanding portion 5 and a second heat exchanger 6 by pipes 7 to circulate a refrigerant. The first heat exchanger 4 has a radiation fin 11, a plurality of tubes 12 inserted to the radiation fin 11 to circulate the refrigerant inside thereof, and a side plate 13 disposed on end portions of the tube 12 and having a plurality of holes 13a to insert the plurality of tubes 12.
