Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of preventing a failure of a compressor under not only a low temperature environment but also a high temperature environment with a simple device configuration.SOLUTION: A cooling device 100 comprises: a compressor 1 which compresses a coolant; a condenser 2 which condenses the coolant compressed by the compressor 1; an evaporator 4 which evaporates the coolant condensed by the condenser 2; a main flow passage 54a which has a solenoid valve 7a and is connected to a suction side of the compressor 1; an accumulator 6 which is installed on the main flow passage 54a and separates the coolant in a liquid form from the coolant in a gas form; a bypass flow passage 54b which has a solenoid valve 7b, is arranged in parallel to the main flow passage 54a and is connected to the suction side of the compressor 1; an ambient environment temperature sensor 8 which detects an ambient environment temperature; and a control section 9 which controls opening and closing of the solenoid valves 7a and 7b on the basis of the ambient environment temperature and a start-up state or a stop state of the compressor 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】低温環境下のみならず高温環境下においても、圧縮機に生じる不具合を簡易な装置構成により防止することが可能な冷却装置を提供する。【解決手段】この冷却装置100は、冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機1と、圧縮機1によって圧縮された冷媒を凝縮させる凝縮器2と、凝縮器2によって凝縮された冷媒を蒸発させる蒸発器4と、電磁弁7aを有し、圧縮機1の吸入側に接続される主流路54aと、主流路54aに設けられ、気体状の冷媒から液体状の冷媒を分離するアキュムレータ6と、電磁弁7bを有し、主流路54aと並列的に設けられ、圧縮機1の吸入側に接続されるバイパス流路54bと、周囲環境温度を検出する周囲環境温度センサ8と、周囲環境温度と圧縮機1の起動状態または停止状態とに基づいて、電磁弁7aと電磁弁7bとを開閉する制御を行う制御部9とを備える。【選択図】図1
