Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooking device capable of performing an automatic temperature control by detecting a temperature of a cooking container and thereby determining a material of the cooking container accurately.SOLUTION: The heating cooking device includes: a gas burner; a temperature sensor 17 measuring a temperature of a cooking container; a temperature input section 25 setting a heating temperature; and a control device 4 performing automatic temperature control increasing/decreasing a heating amount of the gas burner so that a detection temperature becomes a set temperature set by the temperature input section 25 on the basis of the detection temperature. The heating cooking device further includes: a first determination section 7 determining a material of the cooking container on the basis of a temperature gradient at a heating initial time calculated by measurement results by the temperature sensor 17; and a second determination section 8 switching a heating amount to be reduced at a time of reaching a determination temperature set at a lower temperature than the set temperature, comparing a degree of a temperature change measured by the temperature sensor 17 within a predetermined time from a time point of switching the heating amount to be reduced with a determination reference value predetermined according to the material of the cooking container determined by the first determination section 7, and thereby determining again the material of the cooking container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】調理容器の温度を検出して調理容器の材質を正しく判定して自動温調制御ができる加熱調理装置を提供する。【解決手段】加熱調理装置は、ガスバーナ、調理容器の温度を測定する温度センサ17、加熱温度を設定する温度入力部25、検出温度に基づいて検出温度が温度入力部25で設定した設定温度になるようにガスバーナの加熱量を増減する自動温調制御を行なう制御装置4を備える。さらに、温度センサ17の測定結果から算出される加熱初期の温度勾配に基づいて調理容器の材質を判定する第1判定部7と、設定温度よりも低い温度で設定される判定温度に到達した時点で加熱量が小さくなるように切り換えて、加熱量を小さくなるように切り換えた時点から所定時間内の温度センサ17で測定した温度変化の度合いを、第1判定部7で判定した調理容器の材質に応じて予め設定される判定基準値と比較して調理容器の材質を再度判定する第2判定部8とを有する【選択図】図4
