Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable rice cooker in which superheated steam generated in a steam superheating part is supplied to a steam generation part even when the steam in a pot flows back toward the steam generation part, and which can sufficiently prevent a steam generation part from failing.SOLUTION: A rice cooker includes: a rice cooker body; a pot accommodated in the rice cooker body; a steam generation part for generating steam; and a steam superheating part in which one end communicates with the steam generation part and the other end communicates with the inside of the pot, which heats the steam generated in the steam generation part, and which generates superheated steam.
