Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing greening sheet materials having a thin and lightweight body which is excellent in flexibility and strength as well as exerting moderate water retention, and being also applicable to construction surfaces constituted by vertical surfaces, curved surfaces, and the like.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a greening sheet material in which a moss plant 3 is fixed to the surface of a foamed resin layer 1b comprises: an application step of applying in a sheet-like form a mixture 1a containing a compound having two or more hydroxyl groups and/or amino groups in total in a molecule, a polyisocyanate compound, and a water-retaining material having a maximum length of 5 mm or less; a fixing step of fixing a moss plant 2 to the sheet-like applied material obtained in the application step; as well as at least either one of a first foaming step of foaming the above mixture and a second foaming step of foaming the above applied material, wherein the proportion of the water-retaining material in the total amount of the mixture is 50 mass% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】適度な保水性を発揮できるとともに、薄型及び軽量で柔軟性及び強度に優れることによって、垂直面、曲面等で構成された工事面にも適用可能な緑化用シート材を製造するための方法を提供する。【解決手段】発泡樹脂層1bの表面にコケ植物3を固着させた緑化用シート材の製造方法であって、水酸基及び/又はアミノ基を合計して分子内に2つ以上有する化合物と、ポリイソシアネート化合物と、最大長さが5mm以下の保水材料とを含有する混合物1aを、シート状に塗布する塗布工程、上記塗布工程で得られたシート状の塗布物に対して、コケ植物2を固着させる固着工程、並びに、上記混合物を発泡させる第一の発泡工程、及び、上記塗布物を発泡させる第二の発泡工程の少なくとも一方を含み、上記混合物の全量に占める上記保水材料の割合は、50質量%以下である緑化用シート材の製造方法。【選択図】図1 |
